Description
Meadow + Park is the second small-batch harvest of the season from Jorvik Bees, produced exclusively across the historic landscape surrounding Jorvik Estate. Harvested in mid-summer from flowering meadows, parkland, field margins and ancient hedgerows, it is lightly filtered, never pasteurised and bottled on the estate to preserve the natural character of the season. Richer in colour and flavour than the spring harvest, each batch reflects the changing landscape and the diversity of summer forage. Produced in limited quantities, every harvest is unique and available as single jars in 8 oz (227 g) and 12 oz (340 g) sizes.
